Basic Intelligence, exposing the ultimate oxy-morons

I see you've finally given in to your innate sense of curiosity and clicked the link to get here! There are a few things in this life that get under my skin, well let's be honest, there's quite a few that do the same to all of us but for the most part, none of it ever gets dealt with.
I have put this blog up here to give a little air to the somewhat rancid affairs that pass right under my nose. I have a rather efficient nose, being that it is maybe a lot larger than most, it tends to find its way over a lot of areas that other noses would not reach. Yeah OK I have a huge conk on my face. It's not that I'm overtly nosey, just that some people seem to wiffle through their lives with the notion that they can do anything they like and get away with it, because they have a university education or they had a privileged background, or just that they really don't care who they walk on. They can't be bothered with other people's feelings as long as they get what they want.
One such group of people in the UK happen to work in 'Social Services'. One would have thought that the very name suggests they are working for the benefit of the community,.. in fact, quite the opposite is often the case. The whole system of social care in the UK is very basically a completely mal-functioning FUBAR. Staff are either working under incredible pressures with extremely low morale or are callous and frankly unimaginably corrupt in the way they affect the lives of the most vulnerable people in the communities they are paid to serve.
What you will read in these entries over the the coming months will quite possibly look like fiction but I assure you, every bit of what goes in here is FACT, actual, genuine cases where one of the most frequent complaints has been that the families affected most have been issued with a 'Gagging Order', which is an outrageous abuse of a court's powers, to cover up appaling abuses of the law. A 'Gagging Order' could be used to prevent a person from disclosing matters that are a matter of national security, and in that context are indeed valid. To prevent someone from openly dicussing the appalling abuses of position and influence, that all too often happen in 'social care' proceedings, is a very blatant violation of basic human rights,.. indeed it makes a mockery of EU law on human rights and thus I am amazed that so many judges in the UK are covering up their poor standards with the abuse of this legal instrument.
Check back daily,.. this is going to be a very busy section of my website! (Sadly)
Please note that the innocent parties in all the cases disclosed here will be renamed to protect them. Government officials will not receive the same 'protection' as they should not need such protection. Indeed if they did their jobs with due diligence, they would be proud to be mentioned here and some will definitely get the praise they deserve such as Adam Price and Jonathan Edwards (Plaid Cymru) for the unwavering support they give to those most affected by others' professional arrogance. I have a feeling some will not like what is written about them, to answer those complaints in advance, if you cannot stand criticism, get the damn job right in the first place or follow Dean Ashton's (Truro Families and Children's Services) example and get out of the job altogether!
The Most Basic Law of ALL
By Pete on Jun 10, 2010 | In Announcements, Legal Considerations
Here in the UK, our law is administered in the name of our Queen who is also the head of the Anglican Church. The law thus has to be derived from that faith the Queen follows and indeed any legal oath is sworn as 'before God'.
OK, if our law is based on those Christian principals taken from the bible, therein there lies one law that we break at our peril. No less than four times in the new testament, there is a reference to Christ stating his view on the protection of children where he made it very clear where the line is drawn. He said that the 'Kindom of Heaven' has a very soft spot for kids as indeed he also had. He also made one very clear rule that implies to break it carries the most severe penalty, aka capital punishment!
"Woe unto those who would harm the least of these my children. It would be better for them that a millstone be hung round their neck and they be thrown in the depths of the deepest ocean, than to face me on that day"
That's quite an incredible statement from the guy who also preached a very comprehensive view on forgiveness! It puts into very clear contrast what should be done to protect children, not only by those close to them but also anyone charged with their care. It is then a little incredible that so many judges in the family courts in the UK, who make judgements based on very poor evidence presented by Social Services, can ever sleep at night. It is one thing to make a poor decision and cover up possible embarrassment with an order against the parents, (that would make them liable to contempt of court if they disclose the mistake publicly) when a much higher authority they are supposed to answer to, will most definitely hold them in contempt of the laws their very existence is based upon. I for one would certainly not wish to be weighed in the balance of that level of justice with such matters on my concience.
It is worth pointing out that the oath one swears in court to tell ".. the whole truth and nothing but the truth" is also sworn before God. To present evidence in social care hearings that is grossly inaccurate, thus puts one in very severe moral 'deep s**t' as one then also has comitted blasphemy. It matters not whether you believe in a God of any kind, the very act of using law based on a belief system implies your being willing to be governed and judged under its principals.
So,.. if you are a social worker reading this and you have bent the truth like a plumber's bodge-up to get your adoption targets for the month, or you are the judge who passed an order based on such fabricated evidence, or the solicitor who failed to put the effort into a case because it was only running on legal aid,.. I don't know who you can call on for help because it sure aint going to be God is it?
Who cares? Well there's a million dollar question,....
